BEER MATRIX

Following along the lines of previous post I have developed a matrix for evaluating the quality of beer. This matrix is appropriate for 98% of beer drinking situations considering that in 98% of the time some one is consuming a mass produced beer. And, they have had that beer about 1 million times previously and are not looking for it to taste any different than it tasted the 999,999 previous times. And that is a good thing, because beer is good. There are times to go on vacation and there are times to sit on your couch and have a great nap. I say go out and try something new anytime you want. That is the beauty of our world, Chilean grapes in the middle of winter. $12 organic ale, heck yeah! But on the average day, a cold miller lite and some boob tube is fine too. So here is my matrix for evaluating the quality of a beer. There are simply 2 axis warm to cold and flat to fresh. See below and feel free to use this tool anytime you drink a beer. In keeping with the ethic of providing value on this blog, it is free
